WHEN WILL MY MERCHANDISE ARRIVE?
Usually about 3 days AFTER the item is shipped. We usually ship the next day after payment is received. We try to be very prompt in our shipping. We also ship USPS Priority mail for faster and safer delivery.
WHY IS INSURANCE REQUIRED?
Most of our items are breakable and a large number of them are hard to find and/or replace.
Also we do not sell broke, cracked, chipped or repaired merchandise. Some things are actually new and never used, but must be classified as "used" because of the vintage nature.
Insurance is the best protection we can offer for damage. This is protection for the buyer and the seller.
WHY DO YOU MAIL PRIORITY 2-3 DAY MAIL?
Past experience has taught us the shorter delivery time the less possibility of loss or damage.
Small items of scrapbooking crafts and supplies are shipped in a padded envelope for protection and mailed USPS regular maile.
Priority mail is very easy to trace, along with a insurance claim number. Several reasons for this security:
If misplaced in transit, it is easy to find which area or postal service had the item when it was misplaced.
Delivery~time of delivery~place of delivery is traceable. More secure that YOU will receive your package and not someone else.
We DO NOT offer any guarantees for the postal service. We just try to use the best service they offer for the products we are shipping to make the transition as smooth as possible.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN MAILED?
You will receive a e-mail with insurance number and any other information that is needed. You will know when the package was mailed. We also let you know the time of day ~~ a.m. or p.m. If you have any questions you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?
Head to your local post office with ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKING MATERIALS INTACT.
Your package is insured and we will help you with the necessary information if you need us to. DO NOT SEND THE PACKAGE BACK TO ME.
This will void your insurance and the postal service will not pay. All packages are weighed and inspected at the postal service BEFORE they are mailed. This gives us the opportunity to double check for anything that might cause damage during shipping.
WHAT TYPE OF COLLECTIBLES DO YOU SELL?
We prefer vintage along with some antique and a few modern collectibles. We do not sell chipped, cracked, broke or repaired merchandise. Some of our merchandise is actually new and never used; just vintage and been around for a while.
Ceramics and scrapbooking crafts and supplies are handmade. These items will be listed as such.
We never know what we will find to pass on to our customers. We always hope it will be a treasure for someone. If you find a item not as described, please let us know so we can correct the problem immediately. We will never mislead anyone.
We try to provide pictures for all items but if we miss something, it is not intentional and please let us know.
We provide several pictures of most items, and any scratch or "fleabite" found is posted.
All sales are final so please ask and check photos before purchasing.
I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL OR GOOGLE ACCOUNT?
No problem. You can "Send Money" to anyone with a e-mail address/account with Paypal and you do not have to be a member to do so.
Paypal and Google also processes credit cards from several companies, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and others. You do not have to be a member to pay with a credit card.
E-mail me and I will invoice you with the shipping and insurance "Request for Money" from Paypal. All of this can be done with e-mail if you have any problems checking out.
DON'T HAVE TIME FOR ALL THE PAPERWORK? E-mail me, tell me what you want to purchase and I will take care of the rest for you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do. You will find a list on the item page with the countries we ship to.
Shipping, postage and insurance will be calculated for each country, and also if the item you desire to purchase can be shipped to that country. Please e-mail with the country and item to be purchased.
