We try to help our customers have a pleasant shopping experience and we also try to help with costs if we can. Sometimes the weight of a package will allow it to be mailed USPS priority standard, and if available we will ship this way, as it really saves a lot on shipping costs. This might have to be adjusted at checkout, but we will take care of it and make every effort to help. Also keep in mind that it is less expensive to ship several items together, rather than one at a time.
For your protection, insurance is required. Please e-mail with your ZIP code and we will be able to provide exact shipping charges for you. As soon as the merchandise is shipped, you will receive a e-mail with your insurance number, tracking information and date of mail sent. We usually ship the next day after all information has cleared with PayPal or Google.

If you find it necessary to return an item, please e-mail me first. It must be returned in the same packing materials, boxes and packed as it was originally sent. We must be notified within three (3) days after you receive the merchandise that you will be returning it. Shipping charges and insurance is non-refundable.
LOST OR DAMAGED: If your package does not arrive, please contact me. I have all the necessary information for the postal service to trace it immediately and we will start the process as soon as I hear from you.
If an item is damaged, take the box, packing materials and all information with you to the postal service and file a claim for your insurance refund. You will have a number and amount of insurance provided. Please e-mail me and I will be glad to assist you with this; all packages are inspected by the postal service BEFORE they are shipped. DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE TO ME. THIS WILL VOID YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM.
